Our Philosophy on Customer Reviews
We consider customer reviews to be an essential component of a transparent and trustworthy shopping environment. Reviews allow our community to share authentic experiences, helping prospective buyers make informed decisions while providing us with valuable feedback to improve our offerings. We believe that honest opinions—whether positive or constructive—benefit everyone. Therefore, we are committed to maintaining a review system that is open, fair, and resistant to manipulation. This document explains how reviews are collected, moderated, displayed, and used across our platform. We do not edit reviews for content unless they violate our published guidelines, and we do not compensate customers for leaving positive feedback. Our goal is to ensure that every review reflects a genuine transaction and a real user experience.

Submission and Eligibility Requirements
Only customers who have completed a verified purchase on our website are eligible to submit a review for the specific product they received. After an order has been marked as delivered, we send an invitation to the registered email address associated with that order. This invitation contains a unique link that authenticates the user without requiring additional login steps. Review submissions are also accessible through the order history section within each user’s account dashboard. To submit a review, you must provide a star rating and a written comment. Optional photo attachments are permitted but subject to moderation. We do not allow reviews to be submitted on behalf of another person, nor do we accept reviews from users who have not directly purchased the item through our platform. This verification process helps preserve the integrity of our review system.

Content Guidelines and Prohibited Material
To maintain a respectful and useful review environment, we enforce clear content guidelines. Reviews must focus on the product itself, including its quality, functionality, durability, and fit for purpose. We do not permit reviews that contain offensive language, personal attacks, discriminatory remarks, or vulgar expressions. Also prohibited are references to competitor products, external websites, pricing from other sellers, or any information that could identify an individual—such as full names, addresses, or order numbers. Reviews that include promotional content, spam, or irrelevant political statements will be rejected. Additionally, we do not allow reviews that primarily comment on shipping or delivery issues, as those are better addressed through our customer support channels. Reviews violating these guidelines may be removed without notice, and repeat offenders may lose their ability to submit future reviews.

Moderation and Approval Process
All review submissions undergo a two-stage moderation process before being published. The first stage is automated and filters for profanity, prohibited keywords, and obvious spam patterns. Submissions that pass this filter then enter a manual review queue. Our moderation team evaluates each review against the content guidelines described above. We do not moderate based on whether a review is positive or negative; only compliance with our rules determines publication. Most reviews are processed within a defined number of business days, though occasional delays may occur during peak periods. If a review is rejected, the submitting customer receives a brief notification explaining the reason. We do not offer appeals for rejected reviews, but customers are welcome to submit a new review that complies with the guidelines. We do not pre-approve drafts or offer editing services; the responsibility for compliance rests entirely with the submitter.

Display and Sorting of Reviews
Published reviews are displayed on each product information page in reverse chronological order by default, meaning the most recent submissions appear first. Users can resort reviews using several options, such as sorting by highest rating, lowest rating, or helpfulness votes. We do not permanently pin any review to the top of the list, nor do we manually promote or demote individual reviews based on their sentiment. Each review includes the star rating, the written comment, any attached photos, and the date of submission. We do not display the reviewer’s full name or any identifiable account information. Instead, a generic identifier is shown to protect privacy. If multiple reviews exist for a product, we also calculate and display the average star rating rounded to the nearest tenth. We reserve the right to remove reviews that become outdated due to product changes or discontinuations.

Helpfulness Voting and Reporting
Users who are logged into their accounts can indicate whether a review was helpful to them by using the voting feature located next to each review. These votes are aggregated and may influence alternative sorting methods, though they do not affect the default chronological order. We monitor voting patterns for irregularities, such as coordinated voting campaigns or vote manipulation. Users may also report a review if they believe it violates our content guidelines. Reported reviews are re-examined by our moderation team, and action is taken if a violation is confirmed. We do not disclose the outcome of a report to the reporting party unless their own review was directly affected. We encourage responsible use of both voting and reporting features; abuse of these features may result in restricted account privileges.

Use of Reviews for Platform Improvement
Beyond displaying reviews to other customers, we internally analyze review data to identify trends, product issues, and areas for improvement. Aggregated review insights help our sourcing team make better decisions about which products to continue offering, which suppliers to prioritize, and what product features need refinement. We may also use anonymized review excerpts in our marketing communications, but only with the explicit consent of the reviewer. No identifiable information is ever attached to such uses. We do not use reviews to retaliate against customers who have left negative feedback, nor do we incentivize customers to revise or delete unfavorable reviews. Our internal teams are evaluated on service quality, not on review scores, to prevent conflicts of interest.

Limitations and Disclaimers
While we strive to maintain a fair and accurate review system, customers should understand certain limitations. Reviews reflect the personal opinions of individual purchasers and do not constitute guarantees or warranties regarding any product. Your own experience may vary based on usage conditions, expectations, or manufacturing variations. We do not independently verify factual claims made within reviews unless those claims are reported as violations. We are not responsible for the accuracy of user-submitted photos or written statements. Additionally, we do not offer compensation or rewards for leaving reviews, and we prohibit suppliers from offering incentives to customers in exchange for positive reviews. Any attempt by a supplier to manipulate our review system will result in immediate removal of their products from our platform.
